Traveling can be hard sometime whether it's for work or pleasure. I use to travel a lot for work in the refineries and that is what inspired me to start an Airbnb or short term rental (STR). I started with one and now I'm operating four. I started these with you in mind.
i have four properties at 2 different locations.
Three of my STRs, are units of a triplex, the fourth is a stand alone home.
The triplex is located in Port Arthur on Lake Arthur Dr next to the golf course. Very quiet neighborhood and only minutes from restaurants and shopping. It offers a 1bed/1bath unit, 1bed/1bath with gym unit, and a 2bed/1bath unit.
My stand alone home is located right of highway 73 just minutes from restaurants and shopping. It offers 2bed/2bath with arcade. It is located in an older neighborhood on a dead end street and is very quiet and peaceful.
Within 10 mins of any of my properties you can be eating at local favorite restaurants like Tia Juanita's, Toasted Yolk, or The Wheelhouse. Or shopping at Target, Walmart, or the Texas famous HEB on highway365. Also if you need to relax and let some steam off another local favorite is Dylan's Bar and Grill is only minutes away.
All my unit are supplied with all the amenities you will need for short or long stay plus many extras.
